Paul HallMay 7, 2015I'm a freshman at The college, and I most say, yes some people there only show up for a pay check, some of the student need to work on being more open-minded but if you just do your work your good.- People jump on the bandwagon and say the school sucks. Great professors and adequate courses. If you don't learn here it's because you don't want to.
A great community college full of diversity. It is really laid back and comforting. Lots of cute gay gays and the eye candy is always plentiful. Variety is always in full efffect.
Decent professors as well as educated peers. Beware of ignorant people because unfortunately there are some and for the record, BMCC is going to be what you make of it.- Paul HallMay 7, 2015I most also add that if you do you work and work hard, people that you never meet before in your life we know who you are the moment you enter a room.
I have a tip learn some basic common sense. Entrance into building 1.have your ID 2. If you see there is one doorway everyone is entering through use the other 20 doors to exit. Use ur brain please!!
Biking here us great! Park on the North side. A lot less people to get through on your way to class... or work.

When you walk by the study room, please be courteous and do it quietly.
Admissions is a nightmare. You will be lied to, sent to the wrong place, & wait hours for no reason. It's like everyone's first day of life.
Most of the students are very disorganized when it comes to studying. They go here just to hang out and meet new people. This is not a social club. Gosh.
Wear warm clothing in the winter and less clothes during the summer. This school never has a good temp.

Best place to catch a good nap & charge up between classes
Wanna stay away from "fresh out of high school" kids and actually learn? Take night classes.
The pool is out till further notice. Like anyone actually went to go swim.
A anti-drama zone you don't have to deal with nobody's nonsense except your professors :-)
Whoever thinks a college is "ghetto" for how it "looks" shouldn't be in college.
Make sure you have constant access to the Internet. This school does not believe in human contact!

I feel like everyone here is either 18 or 40, where's all the 21+ people that aren't old enough to be your dad?!
Don't bother trying to call. Just show up and watch the staff watch the phones just ring and ring.
I can't wait to get out of this school! Ghetto high school!
The worst school I've ever been. People who work here give students always a bad attitude. They are disorganized. I can't wait to transfer.
Every semester they change the direction of the escalators.
- The cafeteria is like a junior high school. The yelling is obnoxious.
Night classes are SO much better. AND better looking people..
Most classes have a no phone policy but it's not like you get service anywhere
