The One to One sessions are very informative and useful. This store can be crowded during events, like a parade. Go during business hours 9am to 5pm if possible. Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff.

Keep your credit card tucked away - not just because of pickpockets but because you'll be tempted to buy one of everything. And, do take in a little mini class in the theater upstairs.

The wait time is less than 20minutes once you sign-in. They know what they are doing and quite friendly.
