Huge, clean and filled with light. Lots of different machines which is helpful if you are rehabbing an injury. Just stay away on weekend afternoons when the kids come and it turns into Romper Room.- Post-renovation, it's by far the best EQX in Manhattan. Hot steam, clean sauna, rock-climbing, plenty of space. Great b-ball court and outside track.
After 2:30 they give out mango and berry smoothies, fresh sliced fruit, cold water and chilled aromatherapy towels on the sun deck!

Best sports club in town! More than just a gym.. More than I have expected.. Friendly staff, nice locker rooms, great group classes, nice rooftop for tanning.. Outdoors running track.. Just great!

The gym that has it all! Best part is that it is never crowded (probably because it costs an arm and a leg)
Bring your own razor, utensils and such- then you won't have to use the plastic stuff provided. Oh by the way those water cups are not recyclable.

The BEST class at the whole gym is AERIAL ARTS! Ask for it at the front desk. Costs extra, but worth every penny.
Super deluxe with lots of spots for remote work in cafe/lounge
best gym ever and the physical therapists are amazing. watch out for the shower water pressure!- sunset runs on the outdoor track overlooking central park & broadway. the views are perfect!

Wonderful place to work out. A bit of a splurge for me financially but I come all the time and love it!- Be sure to get a massage from Greg or Kayo - best massages I have ever had. Also, Nickisha at the front desk is super awesome!
- Best place to join - hang out, eat a great meal, work out, and sometimes see Regis!
- Don's 'Zumba' class is a perfect cardio and choreography/dance class for those with two left feet
No one know about the 4 square special at front desk or in the office. This is the second time I have asked.
