- Javier FloresSeptember 2, 2018Rutherford Rib-Eye (cooked medium) was amazing! Sub‘d the side for pomme puree (mashed potatoes), which were also great. Greyhound cocktail was stiff, w/ fresh squeezed grapefruit!
- MonicaJanuary 14, 2016Their specialty are the ribs & the lamb. Excellent desserts as well. The banana cream pie is a must. Very hip restaurant and if you are lucky you might spot a celebrity or two
- Will KivinskiAugust 28, 2013Get the dip duo, shrimp cocktail and poke to start. Their Caesar Salad has cornbread croutons! Awesome! I liked their enchiladas and trip tip combo. All of their desserts were good too!
- Abdullah FataniJuly 18, 2016Everything is amazing honestly a must try when in LA pick anything from the menu and you won't be disappointed especially the chicken and the ribs combo heaven on earth
- H HMay 29, 2013The cornbread is absolutely delicious. We ordered the beef rib with coleslaw and French fries with the classic Ceaser salad with chicken and artichokes. Great ambience and a fantastic wait staff!
- Christine ComerfordJanuary 23, 2013Everything is amazing, per the usual at Hillstone restaurants. The Tomato, Beet, & Burrata is a must as a starter or a light entree. Steaks are cooked to perfection. Plus, live jazz nightly!
- Tanya DavisAugust 12, 2013Went on a Sunday for dinner. Had the ribs!! (Not in the menu so ask for them) They're beef ribs and soooo tender and yummy. Hs fries and cucumber salad!! All of it was tasty!!
- Camille WatsonApril 2, 2020The overall experience in this restaurant was very satisfactory. A truly mouthwatering and praiseworthy food selection! Strongly recommended!
- Christine D.August 7, 2014The best prime rib in LA (better than Lawry's). If you're feeling dessert go for the banana cream pie!
- Nothing on the menu disappoints, service is excellent and there's jazz every night! Hands down my favorite restaurant in LA!
- Gary DownieAugust 30, 2013The famous prime rib French dip sandwich is delicious. Get both the au jus and the horseradish cream sauce for dipping.
- Ali EnrightSeptember 6, 2016Not ideal for vegetarians, unlike siblings Houston's, Hillstone, and Gulfstream which have their infamous veggie burgers. When I went they only offered a veggie plate (made of side portions).
- Lisa SheredyAugust 28, 2013Happy Tantara Pino is on the wine list. Pairs nicely with their tuna poke starter (which is a generous portion). Yum.
- RossJanuary 5, 2014Curb Your Enthusiasm Location. In the episode "The Interior Decorator" Jeff, Larry and Diane Keaton are supposed to meet for lunch here. Larry is late and when he arrives Diane has already left.
- Punky NenaDecember 3, 2016Absolutely amazing food! Best ribs ever, grilled artichoke, coleslaw, OMG!!

- Jenny AhnDecember 27, 2011Must try the macho salad. Fresh, surprising and filling. I always try to recreate it at home. It's that good.
- Les GrantDecember 3, 2017The tres leches cake topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit was delicious
- They now charge $15 corkage fee - and don't tell you (as they are opening up your wine)... I gave THEM a "tip" of advice on that. Grr.
- Anita TandonDecember 30, 2011Get the roasted artichoke. They have Orin Swift Prisioner by the glass...a real treat.
- Raman GulatiAugust 9, 2010The mac and cheese is solid, and the two enchilada plate is a rockin deal. Throw in live music on sunday and you've got a quality night!
- Les GrantDecember 3, 2017The rotisserie chicken was Meh, could have been seasoned more & it was not cooked enough for me. I saw signs of blood & a bit too chewy for chicken
- Matthew WhiteleyApril 19, 2010You can BYOB with no corkage fee here, but they don't advertise it. Don't upset the wonderful waiting staff though. Bring a nice bottle, and tip them on it.
- eric bornemannMarch 5, 2021Fairly mundane statehouse chain restaurant. Nice booths and that’s about it.
- They have Abita Light!! Best light beer ever. And it's from lovely Louisiana
- Leah W.September 26, 2010Get the enchiladas and add one for just $1! They're sooo good, and this is plenty for a big meal + leftovers. :)
