_July 11, 2015Great service, great food! Don't forget to try the oboro tofu. Also, best ichigo-daifuku (strawberry mochi) outside of Japan! Order one when you get there because they sell out fast!
This place is a real hidden gem - it's pleasantly low key with really high quality food. Strawberry Mochi and the tofu are highlights. They also open for lunch with a tasty and filling $15 lunch menu.

Oh and of course, the tofu.- Favorite sushi spot in SF. Authentic is the first word that comes to mind. Oboro tofu, fresh sushi, and strawberry mochi are the musts.

Such fresh fish and fantastic tofu. Get Ankake tofu and any sashimi you like. Finish off with strawberry mochi. This place is a true gem!

Fantastic tofu, but also some great sushi. Go for the daily recommendations in the blackboard. We had top notch Ankimo, Sanma, Hirame, and a great eggplant dish. All Japanese staff btw.

Strawberry Kochi, Tuna Belly Steak and any of the home made Tofu are to die for. Come hungry!
