Great service. I love their chicken scampi, breadsticks, and lasagna fritta. Always a wait but worth it

When you get a hankering for some of that good old fashioned Italian food, then head to North Beach... But when you want to stuff yourself with delicious breadsticks and endless pasta head to the OG.

Ordered Lemon Cake at dessert + it came out looking like someone licked the powdered sugar off. When I complained they brought out the same piece with granulated sugar poured on top. Screw that!

Olive Garden has it's haters. But fresh salads and reasonable prices make it ok in my book. Thumbs up!

Customer service was the best when I went on a crowded evening date. They came and served us and recommend anything they thought were good. I left a good tip that evening.

The food and service has really gone down hill here. Go support a mom and pop run (real) Italian restaurant.

In a city like San Francisco, it's really a shame if you ever come here for anything besides the breadsticks.

You still have to wait thirty minutes for almost no reason at all for this place. Go elsewhere if you're already willing to wait.

Count on at least a 20 minute wait any night of the week and unfortunately they don't take reservations.

Bland, watery, plastic Italian food. You can get more authentic Italian cuisine in the frozen food section at Walmart.

So gross. The chicken is processed, the sauce worse than Ragu. The salad & breadsticks are mediocre. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
