Love this brunch spot and the Sassy Eggs. The waits are usually long and the place is pretty small, but the payoff is an amazing meal. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable too.

Simply an essential breakfast/brunch spot. Thoughtful menu options and wonderful, attentive staff. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the sassy eggs; so go on in for a thoroughly enjoyable b/f. 10/10

The sassy egg is indeed delicious as most people said. My bf tried the Damen Ave Omelette, that's yummy too. Service is wonderful. I'll have to come back next time to try their sweet stuff.

People kept posting pictures of the Sassy Eggs, so I had to try it out. I normally ask for a doggy bag, but not this time. I ate the whole thing and it was delicious! Definitely recommend it!

Damen Avenue Omelet is to die for. Line is always pretty long but it's so worth it. It's so, so lovely inside and people working there are EXTRA nice and they usually remember your names

My favorite breakfast place. Gwen, the head server is co-owner with the chef. Together they have the best food and best service with a smile! Your coffee and water are attended to and food-awesome!

Go early on the weekend to avoid crowd (before 10am) - even if forced to wait, tables turnover fast. Coffee while you wait makes the cold semi-tolerable. I like the hostess, but too cheery for some.

I've lived next door for 2 years. Finally went and it was worth the hour wait. Rich flavors, and filling, and I dig they have a weekly rotating section on their menu. #leapliving

One of our favorite spots. Today they wouldn't give my pregnant and now gluten intolerant wife another option instead of toast (which comes with all breakfasts).
