- Perfectly acceptable but I prefer the Hilton Fashion District on the next block. But great location. Close to Penn Station.
- Darren HauMarch 23, 2012Nice hotel and spacious room! Free wifi is great! My 3 devices can keep being onlined! Good!
- AT&TDecember 6, 2011Another reason to stay at this Hilton Garden Inn: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many great amenities for guests. Look for the Stay Connected program. It’s free, fast and easy to connect.
- novara almaApril 15, 2013Efficient staff, Michelle at the front desk and the manager were able to resolve my issue immediately. Bellman helped with elevator when my hands were full.
- Hotel rooms are nice and clean. WiFi was fast. Elevators are a disaster. Only two for over 20 floors. If you are trying to leave when staff are cleaning good luck! Waited 14 minutes for elevator!
- PrezgayJune 1, 2012Truly great staff here from the front desk to the restaurant. No matter how long in between visits they always remember me!
- Amit PanchalFebruary 28, 2017Brilliant room size with fridge and microwave. What more could you expect.
- Great hotel. Stayed for about 200 a night. Try to get an upper floor to avoid early morning street noise.
- Dave KinneyApril 21, 2011Very happy with the staff, location, value and quality of the place. Will be back, this is a well run hotel.
- The 24th floor is a smoking floor. Make sure they don't put you up there if you request non-smoking.
- Stay here twice a year for biz- love it, never had a problem.........good, cheap sleep
- Chantel WrightMarch 23, 2014Needed a hotel last minute and they had availability. Decent sized room with 2 queen beds and in my price change.
- Craig GorkiewiczJanuary 23, 2013As a Diamond member I expect better service and less attitude. Then I didn't receive an upgrade. Rooms are super small. These are definitely the reasons I don't stay at the chain hotels when in NYC.
- Ok location. Ok lobby. Staff is ok. The rooms feel dirty and have no view. Stay in the HGI in Tribeca instead.
- Jazz LawesJanuary 30, 2012One of the receptionists was quite rude and unhelpful, but besides that the hotel was beautiful.
- AntonyFebruary 2If you're checking in on Foursquare you've sadly probably already booked. I'm sorry. If you haven't, avoid this noisy dump at all costs.
- Hotel is ok but the breakfast is a rip off..$20 a person for a crappy continental breakfast.
- Meredith McGooDecember 26, 2010Bedspreads smell like they were doused in fabreeze, check in time is not actually 3 pm (like the website says), paying for city view doesn't actually mean u get one. I won't stay again.
- Dinner is not made onsite, they order it and charge a delivery fee
- Thiago SilvaNovember 26, 2015Excelente staff, ótimo Wifi, quartos aconchegantes ... Só faltou ter café incluso mas não se pode ter tudo Rs
- Martin SolisAugust 21, 2017Buena ubicación y habitaciones amplias. Me pareció un precio justo por la calidad del hotel. Sin inconvenientes.
