AngelaJanuary 4, 2014Great customer service, decent size rooms (our room had a double bed, larger would have been nice), lounge equipped with coffee machine, TV, games, few mac's and a "fire place". Central, loved it!!
The amenities and overall hospitality is well worth a stay. Everything from the free hi-speed Internet to the members lounge downstairs this place is a cozy nook in the heart of the financial district
Free wine, cheese, crackers and miscellaneous snacks (like nuts and M&Ms) from 5-6P every day. 24/7 coffee machine and fruit and granola bars in the morning. Plenty of seating too. Nice lounge.

The “Free Wi-Fi” here, unlike every other budget hotel in existence, is *outstanding*. I'm getting consistent 50Mbit/9Mbit, which is more than three time as fast as my home broadband.

Very convenient for out of town attorneys who have business in federal court.
Left the card on the bed to notify them to change the bed linens, and I left very subtle mark on sheet to see if they would. They did not change linens. No surprise there.
