- I know everyone says to get the garlic noodles but I say the best thing from the menu is the sunflower prawns. That comes with garlic noodles already plus a special sauce that makes it even better!
VegNews MagazineAugust 30, 2012A hot bowl of pho can't be beat, but vegan versions can be tough to find. Sunflower Vietnamese Restaurant makes a version packed with veggies and tofu—add hoisin sauce and Sriracha.
Sunflower prawns are gigantic, sweet, and come on a huge bed of garlic noodles. Ask for a side of pho broth. Calamari appetizer has very tender calamari but is very sweet.
Sean GMarch 13, 2012This is the smaller location to the one around the corner on Valencia. Grab the table by the window to the right when you walk in - best seat in the house.- Best lunch menu ever. Comes with imperial rolls, soup, salad, rice, and meat. Lemongrass chicken is the bomb :)

If you're looking for lighter options, Vietnamese is always a safe bet. Unless you're like me and order half the menu for yourself...

Best Vietnamese in town. The garlic beef with rice paper is my favorite.

Always come here for lunch!! The lunch plate is to die for!! It come with bunch of food, and the price is great!!

Beef noodle soup with added mixed veggies for a cold foggy day.
Food was damn good. Not quite Tú Lan, but it will have to do.
