Delicious arepas, addictive tequenos along with a "we're not playing" rum list and a tasty michelada, Caracas is a lasting favorite. The back yard is a fine place in summer.

Consistently delicious - been here 20+ times. Pro tips: Get 3 arepas per 2 people, get the guac and the Yoyos to start with. Get a pitcher of the passionfruit drink to wash it down!!

The chicken chorizo arepa can't be beat. The sauce on the table should be slathered on everything you eat. Grab a seat on the patio when the weather is nice!

All vegetarian items can be made vegan! La Mulatta is out of this world. Swap out the cheese for tofu, and you're all set.

Awesome rum selection, great arepas & vibe. They have a back more “outdoor” space and a bar in the front. Cool decor, good service. Head’s up Saturday night at 8:30pm we had to wait an hour. Go here!

Great vegetarian options. Portions might look small but don't be fooled - these are so filling. Great backyard and tasty brunch options. Will be back.

The food was reallllllly good. I enjoyed myself very much. With 3 beers a mixed drink 3 shots a side of yoyos and to arepas everything came out to 56 bucks that sounds great to me.

Amazing food. A lot of Grateful Dead on the radio during the day so I'm a happy girl. Hyacinth tea is yummy! Can get very loud and crowded like everywhere else at night.

Must have tequeños and the La Mulata Arepa! You can never go wrong with their Dark N Stormy! And if it's nice out try to hit up the back patio! Oh, and my favorite brunch special is the Amazónico.

Guac and chips (plaintain and other) were awesome. Arepas - huge variety, toasted, stuffed and amazing. I had the first one on the menu - beef, black beans, plaintain, and salty cheese. Worth the wait

Caracas is almost always a correct answer to the question "where should we go for dinner" though it is also always slightly more expensive than planned

The arepas are amazing. Los muchachos is a personal favourite. The service was great in this busy dinner spot. They do brunch too. I've never been, but I'd bet it's amazing.

One arepa is enough per person. I recommend the one with just shredded beef and cheese. Also the fried plantains with cheese and mojo appetizer was delicious.

Nice food but not real authentic Venezuelan arepas or tostones, they are like Mexican gorditas, good for people that can’t tell the difference like my husband, try arepas cafe in Astoria!Real V food.

I regularly crave the ensalata fresca. Watercress, avocado, roasted tomatoes, cukes, cotija & magical plantain chips hidden underneath. Oh and passion fruit dressing. One of my fave salads anywhere.

For Parties 6 or more, this location is better/bigger than the one in the city. This location accepts reservations too. Order any beer and get a shot of Venezuelan Rum for $1...

Love this place for lunch especially when hungover. Best cure is an arepa paisa with tons of sauce and a fresh passion fruit juice.

Love Caracas, great food and drinks, but beware of the angry hostess that won't talk loud enough for you to hear her, and will get pissed if you ask to sit in the empty patio and not at the tent.
