Don't forget to sign up for the machines especially during peak hours! Someone is watching and will interrupt you during your workout to reprimand you.
Free weight room closes at 8pm on weekends. Sometimes you can get a nice work out in after this cutoff time, but don't be surprised if you're approached by one of the workers.
Alli is the best, can't go wrong with either her spin or total body conditioning classes. Best to do both!- Margot MazurOctober 19, 2014Honestly, its not so bad. The free weight room is legit when there aren't cops or 80yr old Polish dudes.
The weight room always has space, cardio rooms are almost always packed, unless its a weird time of day.- Good local gym would be great if people actually racked their weights.
Hit the pool between 10 and 3 on weekdays. Hardly anyone's there except for the old timers.

TV on the fourth treadmill from the left in the back room works just fine.
- Tempting and frequently seen as it may be, don't air dry your junk at the hand dryer.
Not many people rack their weights, making a pretty shitty gym environment.
Sometimes the staff makes you wanna pull your hair out.

wear layers for morning classes in the gym during cold seasons - it gets quite cold in there.
the swimming pool is small but the temperature is great
