Watch them make your drink! Cause in the mornings they don't seem to care about things that are clearly labeled. Aka making your "soy" drink in the clearly labeled "milk" container.

Messy and understaffed. No napkins, condiment station a mess and a huge line. The fly in the pastry case only added to the experience. OTOH, design looks good and staff is friendly

Ensure they understand the order you place. Does not happen to me at other locations, but here they often get wrong size of your beverage or whether it's hot/iced.
