Staff were nice. This was my first time so instead of taking my money they checked to see if my friend had a guest pass! It was a little crowded but I had so much fun!

I am not a climber, but we love this place. What's not to love about a gym a Crissy Field? Go early on the weekends to miss the crowd.

ZocStar Megan says "They have 3 locations (SF, Belmont, and Sunnyvale), and in addition to climbing, they have yoga, cross training, and lots of exercise equiptment." Halloween climb sounds cool, too!

A lot more than just rock climbing! Full on gym as well. You can climb for the day for about $22

Last time here was almost 2 years ago. Glad I am slowly getting stronger. Kind of packed during the weekend. But the view of marina is worth the pain.

Lots of kids on weekends. Sometimes a pain to get to because of road closures due to events in the area. Pretty good bouldering and top roping.

One of the best designed gyms in the city. Not crowded from a design or people perspective. Great for all levels!

Problems seem a little more complex and finger hurting then Dogpatch Boulders 😜. Smaller space though.

Come early morning on the weekdays for a nice, empty gym before you start your work day. Tons of room to practice in peace! :)

Huge climbing gym, they even open the north facing windows when it gets warm for some nice views of crissy fields and the bay. Make sure to relax in the saunas after climbing.

The center dispenser in the women's bathroom (and maybe the men's too) is hand lotion, not soap. Which you might really need/want after a good climb

If yours is a multi-day bachelor affair, definitely hit Planet Granite the day before you hit the town, rather than the next day. Navigating a 5.8 overhang is hard enough without a raging hangover. Read more

Arguably the best climbing/yoga/fitness gym in SF. Excellent bouldering and lead climbing areas, two relaxing yoga studios, beautiful views of Crissy Field + clean shower rooms!
