- Nicole HardSeptember 21, 2016Sushi heaven. Intimate setting too, with fellow foodies. Be sure to check out all menus as it were. There was a standard; chalkboard style; and off piste smaller card with lovely offerings.
- This mom & pop sushi shop serves surprisingly high-quality fish at very reasonable prices. Though with one chef it can be slow, for great cheap sushi it's worth it. Read more on WinstonWanders below!! Read more
- Natalie KMarch 28, 2016One of the best sushi places I've ever tried. No mayo on the rolls, authentic flavors, small but well-thought-out menu. Only downside: rolls take 45 mins to come out...on a not-crowded night.
- This is my favorite low-key sushi place in the city. Super nice owners, honest and hard working, with simple, good quality fish. Sea fairy roll is great.
- Came here on a Sunday night and served by a single waitress and single chef. Felt like we were in the personal kitchen of a Japanese home, in a quaint, charming kind of way.
- JJ VenturiniMarch 27, 2015Sushi one of the best. Very fresh fish. Hidden gem. Mango & Salmon roll, exquisite!
- Will CharczukMarch 27, 2015The "assorted sushi" is the combo tray thing, it's good. They use a lot of wasabi on the sushi so brace yourself.
- David SinesMarch 15, 2015Even though there was a little bit of a wait, it was worth it - everything we ordered was delicious.
- Jag FirerwalkerJanuary 22, 2018Oyyy my belly hurts after tasting all the food here. Absolutely beautiful. The guy behind the counter is a sushi magician.
- NanaApril 17, 2016Good simple sushi although portions are small than what you get in the South Bay. I'd explore other places
- Anjali OttingerJanuary 16, 2011great family run restaurant and cold sake filled to the brim! the food is delicious and service is fabulous. great prices and wonderful dining experience.
- Alex ChengAugust 15, 2012Come during lunch instead of dinner. It's a lot less packed and you won't have to wait as long for your sushi.
- Jeremy McGeeAugust 11, 2014Cheap, high quality sushi! Be prepared to wait a bit, but it will be worth it.
- Jason LukJune 3, 2012Order at least one or two nirgri to experience the freshness of the sashimi! (vs. just going with rolls)
- Aaron PollockJuly 22, 2013The sashimi was the freshest I've had in the city, definitely will return.
- Lulu TangSeptember 27, 2017Pretty decent sushi, with really great prices. The crab they use in their rolls is just okay.
- Order the unagi at the end of your meal. Do it or regret it the rest of your life.
- They're not on the menu, but you can order hand rolls if that's your thing.
- Jiexi CaoDecember 30, 2016Had lots of nigiri. The fish is precut, left out to dry. The rice is unseasoned.
- My favorite roll is the snow leopard... It's to die for
- NidzusJuly 3, 2014Just about average... Actually, the taste is totaly in line with the price. Cheapish and average.
- Aniela TaFebruary 4, 2010The spicy tuna here is amazing. Try the dynamite roll it doesn't dissapoint!
