Spot Bagels are by far the most important thing to know about the Real Food Company. Buy a bagel from Spot Bagel, eat it toasted or un-toasted with butter or cream cheese & a sprinkle of sea salt!

Make sure you check the expiry dates. This block of cheese had been expired for about a week when I bought it. That's unacceptable for any grocery store.

They sell House Kombucha! There is dust collecting on some of their chocolate selection, though, so check the Sell By dates.
