- Diana OlympiaJune 3, 2021lovely classic pizza joint, frequented by locals and non-locals alike. AKA come before opening time (in fact maybe 10-15 mins before that) if you want to be seated right away. otherwise order to go
- Men's Health MagJuly 9, 2012Make it a "deluxe." The signature thin-crust pie arrives topped with peppers, mushrooms, and the aforementioned palate-altering sausage. Each pie is cut with signature-style scissors.
- Pizza is some the best around! Places is usually pretty busy on weekends so be prepared to wait. The wait is worth it though!
- Offbeat L.A.January 28, 2016Family-owned Chicago Italian pizzeria. Amazing original neon sign, casual old school vibe.
- Men's Health MagJuly 11, 2012Make it a "deluxe". The signature thin-crust pie arrives topped with peppers, mushrooms, and the aforementioned palate-altering sausage. Each pie is cut with signature-style scissors.
- M MSeptember 26, 2011Expect to wait but buy some cold beer at the liquor store and wait a few for the best sausage pizza pie. Locally owned, they make their own sausage with just the right amount of fennel. mmmm.
- Great pizza-most everything is good. Very old school. Just remember to bring cash. They don’t take plastic!
- ∵ⓣⓦⓞ ⓞⓝⓔ ⓣⓗⓛ®ⓓ∵November 22, 2013Another favorite Italian location for me & the GF, this place is definitely old school with quality food & reasonable prices. Less than 5 miles from where we live, this could be dangerous.
- Nicholas BarraganNovember 18, 2013This is simply one of the best Italian Food Places in LA period...though the pizza is cut in a weird way...so just mention that before ordering.
- As everyone else has expressed PIZZA is a must here. Another on your TO-LIST, the AL FORNO, its amazing and filling. Their Blue cheese dressing is phenomenal as well.
- Not on the menu: al bianco with garlic. An extremely special pasta experience. The antipasto salad is to die for and the pizza is off the hook with double garlic.
- The soup is amazingive been comming here since I was a child. I always get the spaghetti al bianco. They only take cash but the place is worth it. I like the pizza but the pasta best.
- mr. martini pantsDecember 1, 2011this place either has the best pizza on earth or one is so hungry by the time it gets to him it tastes like the best pizza on earth
- Fabricio VaiFebruary 4, 2010Best pizza in LA or whatever these people don't accept credit cards. I could understand it if it was a deli. This place is a sit-down restaurant and they are saving money at your expense. fascisti!
- Kelly BoneDecember 9, 2011Amazingly thick topping on a super thin crust. The breaded eggplant is perfect on this pie!
- EliseJuly 21, 2013The vanilla ice cream is delicious! I'm pretty sure there was vanilla seeds in it.
- Michael ROctober 22, 2011If you're not getting your pizza with zesty green olives, you should go somewhere else instead of making the line so long for those of us doing it right.
- Susan GarbettSeptember 22, 2011Delicious, cheap, salty, greasy goodness. Get the eggplant and sausage or garlic and meatball pie.
- Alberto CuetoDecember 29, 2010Wait for a table can be very long. Call one hour ahead to place your name on the list for a table.
- If you like Hawaiian Pizza order it in honor of President Obama who reportedly ate here when he attended Occidental College.
- Roze BraunsteinAugust 11, 2010Sausage pizza is awesome. This place is called casa bianca pizza pie- not pasta pie...enough said.
- James BridgesFebruary 26, 2012This pizza is so overrated. I've ordered twice just to be fair. It's another one of those places that's "good" only because people say it's "good." Skip it and check out Brownstown down the street.
- Get the sausage and eggplant pizza or artichoke and eggplant if you don't eat meat.
