Serious EatsMay 14, 2013The Classic Grilled Cheese features just the right amount of cheese and no more. The bread is crisp, but not enough to get in the way of each bite. Comes with a bowl of great tomato soup.
For the person who said the service in the cafe is bad, I completely disagree!!!! The people in the cafe are great! It is an easy place to get a glass of wine, food in a low key way, except for brunch

Mimosas during brunch at The MarketPlace are delicious. Great to enjoy the calm brunch experience w/o wait (vs other places in Chi) overlooking the river.

The BLT is amazing and makes up for the ultra slow service at the cafe.

My pit stop for fast food! And my preferred grocery store too. Go late to avoid crowds, they're open till midnight.
The chicken mango quesadillas make for a great dinner in about 1 mn in the microwave.

Food is great. Service is slow and they usually get your order wrong in the cafe.
