- The chef's menu with the wine paring is hard to beat. I mourn the loss of the foie gras though.

- Ask the lovely bar maiden Anessa to make you a "Bell". Muddled red bell pepper with St Germain, Gin, lemon and crushed ice. It's a revelation!
