Loved the octopus and the patitas!! The manchego felt a bit like the one I buy at Asda back in the UK, but the jamon iberico saved the night :) please add a more full body red on your wine list.

Gambas al ajillo, ask for it with half the salt. The mercado paella was a treat. The big surprise was the sangria, refreshing and well balanced (not sweet). Pata negra ham, pricy but good.

One of the most authentic tapas bars in NYC. Simple, well prepared food, inexpensive. Octopus with potatoes tastes like Spain. Good selection of cheese and meats. Tiny place, great service, a treat.

Looking for a low key or intimate place for dinner? Pata Negra offers an excellent selection of tapas and wine. I recommended the octopus, morcilla and patitas.

Amazing place. Order the pata negra, its the real deal. Pop by for a drink, stay for the food, visit for a night cap - great all around!

Enjoy the surprisingly large-sized Spanish tapas and ask your waiter for a wine recommendation – they all seem to be wine connoisseurs. The space is tiny, so expect to wait for a table.

Get the 3 ham selection. It's 40 dollars but so worth it! Best Serrano ever. Also good sangria and ahi tuna

Great cozy low lit gem in the east village. Chorizo and meatballs lovely. Great red wine varietals enhanced our sheep cheese plate. (3 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more

Reasonable prices but nothing special. Get the boquerones toast, cheese is good and stay away from the tortilla, which is all potato and no egg.

A little overpriced and the owner protested personally at a 15% tip on a big check. Very bad form. Food was lovely though
