- Ben PickeringApril 19, 2015Visited from London and was exactly what I was looking for as an ‘American diner’ experience. Food and service was excellent, and the place itself had a great atmosphere.
- Best diner-esque breakfast place in San Mateo / Burlingame! Charming retro ambiance where they have a functional penny gumball machine, lots of comfortable seating, and a lovely outdoor patio. Tasty!
- Robert BerrisJune 15, 2015The Teriyaki steak and eggs is all you need to know. The steak is as long as the plate - quite frankly you could use three eggs. The potatoes are forgettable, but seriously the steak & eggs is gold.
- Wonderful place to get breakfast. They'll make you just about anything, even if it's off the menu, and take an "extra this, extra that, extra charge" approach!
- Rose PuntilloDecember 4, 2016Everything is good here, but I prefer to pick from their Specials menu. It is worth the wait!!!!
- Just tried the Salmon Scramble for the first time. Delicious. So far I haven't had a bad dish here, and he the soups are amazing.
- Annie WangDecember 4, 2014Great place to grab a bite before the airport. Nini is famous for its teriyaki steak and eggs with house fries (ask for extra crispy)

- Erin SheehanApril 3, 2016Loved the food and atmosphere and the staff was very thoughtful and accommodating! Unfortunately, parking is a big problem because the restaurant doesn't have a designated parking lot.
- Matt SchafferMarch 24, 2013Don't come here if you're in a big rush. The line can be long, but worth the wait. This is the last of the home style diners. Fill up on coffee and try the numbered specials.
- Paul HarrisApril 15, 2018It's a good breakfast, good service, good selection, the place has character. But nothing over the top such as specialty sausage, secret recipe dishes, a specialized bloody Mary.
- Alden CatesApril 6, 2018Sausage patty is NOT hard and tough as you’re used to, easy to cut and well seasoned. Though the spicy isn’t as hot as you’d expect.
- Bassam SweissAugust 29, 2019It was an amazing breakfast, I had the Italian omelette (original) it was delicious 👌🏼👌🏼

- Jeff RiveraMay 19, 2015As a coffee lover, I won't settle for gimmicks and false advertisement. For me, this one has my vote. Great coffees, great staffs.
- Crystal AdamsMay 30, 2011Great hometown diner, like how they have coffee while you wait. Portions are huge, one meal can easily feed two people. The bacon/avocado/tomato/cheese omelet is amazing!
- Anastasia ConradJuly 4, 2013They have a great patio and services rocks. Breakfast and lunch open till 3pm.
- Jason CalacanisOctober 27, 2017Amazing breakfast, quick service, fair prices... street parking can take 5 minutes.

- Edward SembranoFebruary 20, 2011If you love a small diner-style place to eat, come here. Try the special "Teriyaki Steak and Eggs" if you can. Sounds weird, but don't knock it till you try it.
- Donna MeadOctober 30, 2015Nestled in the Burlingame neighborhood this quaint place has become my favorite breakfast place. AWESOME SERVICE!!!
- Brett RiveraMay 26, 2015I wish they would have more branches near our town. I'm a number one fan of their coffees and blends.
