Serious EatsMay 13, 2013Think of this as a solid corner pizza joint, the kind that serves up satisfying slices when you need a quick meal. Though close to $4 for a one topping slice, the serving is like two regular slices.
Daily pizza slice specials are excellent! The great white & the bluebird on Wednesday are my favorite. One of, if not the best NY style pizza in Chicago. Open late on Fri & Sat.
Kevin SieversDecember 20, 2012Best neighborhood lunch special, buy a sandwich and get free fountain drink and soup. M-F 11-1. I recommend the Tuna sandwich and chicken poblano soup, you won't be disappointed!
Great place to grab a quick slice of pizza! My favorite is the bluebird on Wednesdays: Chicken, bacon and onion with olive oil and garlic

The pretzel bun is a nice option but unfortunately fails in comparison to the potato bread [which has been discontinued :( ]

OmarMay 22, 2014Pizza sucks. They cook the pizza to much so it comes out burn. Also, the slices are way too thin. Feels like a tortilla.
