Good amount of cardio machines and well maintained weight room. Free weights are nothing special but hard to complain about the pool and basketball court. Great spinning instructors too!

Sign your kid up for Childwatch by phone, early morning, 48-hrs in advance of your workout. I wish they had a better system, but it's worth the trouble.
Super crowded every morning and evening, going at off hours is necessary. It's around 60 a month but worth it if you utilize the sauna/steamroom and the classes! Alma and Keiko are best instructors.

Go at off hours to avoid the crowds. Also, the personal training fees are really cheap and well worth the money if you buy a pack.

Hot as hell when I walked in but a lot of activity, machines and interesting classes. Ex. Drumming/aerobic class.
