Queen Anne's only major park. Two levels with a small dog fenced area at the bottom and a big hill up top that serves as an unofficial off leash area.

Stick to the paths - almost every off-path area is packed with homeless encampments.

A roughly pie-shaped, two-tiered park, Kinnear is bigger, grassier, and woodsier than the parks on the upper part of the hill, and offers closer views of the city and the sound.
