One if the best decorated restaurants I been in my life. We ate an excellent burger and one of the most tasty cookies I ever known in my life for dessert.

Chef Angel takes such precaution and care of his guests. Everytime I dine or order here, he makes sure my allergies are addressed and my Caribbe chicken strips are made to perfection w/Coconut fixin's

It's pretty much every kid's dream—a theme restaurant with animatronic toucans, dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets, and a tropical rainstorm every 20 minutes. Yes, there are cocktails for the grownups. Read more

Super fun place to eat at. Expensive food for the quality but not bad. Their drinks are AMAZING! Gift shop area and the bar on the first floor isn't ever open

Check out the gift shop for a free taste of the environment, don't stay for a meal. If you have kids they might enjoy it but it was the least value for money I've seen in SF.

Very family friendly atmosphere. The animals look so real. And they have virtual thunderstorms every 20-30 minutes. Way neat!

Prices are a bit high for a restaurant, but kids love it. Looking to double down on the fun with your kids, then this is the place. Best not to be by the gorilla as it is very every 12 minutes.

Good place for kids to eat, as long as your kid doesn't scare easy. Especially around the animals. Also thunderstorms come. Average food that's a tad pricey

Rainforest Cafe's prices have overinflated since I last went there. If anything, go with kids & for the experience, but don't expect great service or great food!

Touristy and the bartenders are slightly snarky, but you get to sit on animal bar stools, which in itself is cool...for 1 drink.

If u go upstairs and give them ur ticket, u dont need to wait. That sucks cause they just give you the 20 minutes of waiting so u can spen some money by their store

Service was horrible! The gentleman who served us took forever to even come by. When he did, he was rude.. Thankfully the ambience made up for the horrible service

Overpriced and not the best food. But good white sangria ( although really sweet). Worth it to beige kids.

Es un sitio espectacular, nunca había visto un restaurante temático como este, ni siquiera en los parques de Disney. La gente habla español y es muy amable. La comida deliciosa.
