- By far Niku is the best bartender I've had in the last 10 years. #nolie Go to the bar and ask for Niku.
- Dusk DargentMarch 19, 2017Amazing beer list. Sitting by the "chef's table" (it's really a bar seating overlooking the kitchen) is a bonus.
- Attiya MahmoodAugust 30, 2010I can now say I've tried every pizza on the menu and love them all. Beer selection is hands down the best without going into the city, Alex le Rouge! (Next best selection is easily also in the Neigh
- Samurai DogMay 31, 2011The ranch fries are soooo good! I had the crispy salmon sandwich which was delicious and came with homemade chips. Then we had the doughnuts fir dessert. They were like beignets. Yum!!!!!
- Northern Virginia MagazineApril 25, 2014"'It's kind of like a Mercedes Benz,' says the bartender... 'It sells itself.' The 'it' being a pile of fries, sausage gravy, cheese curds and a fried egg. It screams hangover cure."

- Aimee AimeeNovember 27, 2012The beer selection here is hard to beat. Their tater tots and mac and cheese starters are better than anywhere i have tried before.
- Michael FSeptember 28, 2013New menu item - North Carolina BBQ pizza may be the best pizza I have ever had ever in my life!
- Great beer selection and tasty pizza...but the menu sometimes underwhelms (too few options, too many of those few options offering niche flavors)
- EVERYTHING on the menu is great! Service is attentive and very child-friendly. Finish your meal with the donuts!
- Nora LivengoodNovember 9, 2014The service is excellent and the brunch is great. Especially the pumpkin eggnog french toast
- The salmon was outstanding, but I have to say, the beer was better.
- RyanNovember 22, 2014Carolina pizza is large and delicious. Snacks for the table should include lamb hummus.
- Great pizza. The Mac and cheese for kids is a nice gem.
- Happy Hour (4 to 7pm, M-F): Discount Beers ($2 off draft, $3.50 craft beer cans, $2 cans of "college" beer) and a special Bar Menu
- The carrot hummus (topped with ground lamb) on the appetizer menu is fantastic.
- Gluten-free beer on the huge beer menu (Yay Greens!). The gluten-free pizzas are a rare and delicious treat but the crust could be better - it's a little dry - ask for extra sauce.
- Rustico has retail liquor license which means you can buy your favorite bottled beers and bring them home - at 40% off the in restaurant price!!
- Andrea KochJune 19, 2012Larissa is a very knowledgeable, attentive and polite server. But portions are a hard sell for the price. Be ready to spend $$$
- Terence RoseAugust 6, 2013I went there for lunch and I wasn't overly impressed. The food isn't bad, but it could be more flavorful with a little more attention to detail. Also, it seems a little warn and dingy.
- Erin CushingOctober 17, 2012Come for the food, stay for the awesome beer selection. Gets slammed on the weekends though.
- For lunch @Rustico - a gem of a dry aged burger. One of the best in the area. I also enjoy the roasted mushroom, goat cheese and spinich pizza.
- The flat bread is always good and the beer selection is amazing!
- Imbibe Magazine recognized Rustico for being one of the Best Places for beer in the South in their March/April 2011 Southern Issue
- The stuffed sweet potato skins are a great addition to the new menu!
- Liz BrandtOctober 6, 2013The beer selection and happy hour is great but the food is a huge disappointment. The pizza crust is terrible. The pretzel bites were just bread in a pretzel shape, not a pretzel at all.
- Brad SmithDecember 15, 2010go watch a game there, great selection of beer and a great view at the bar with multiple screens up and running
- Tammy GordonMay 14, 2011Love this joint! Pizzas, grilled cheese, Mac n cheese... Nom. Locally sourced ingredients & seasonal menu.
- Lauren WNovember 6, 2011Awesome food! Kinda sucks that there's only one bathroom considering how busy they get.
- One of the best things on the menu is the carrot hummus with lamb. Yum!
