Split 2 portions to give your meal more of a variety with 4 choices, instead of 2. Or split 3 portions to get 6 choices if you're hungry!
The braises are their best kept secret. I'd recommend the red miso beef short rib.

Just go up to the register and say that. It'll change your day for the better.
The grilled cheese sandwich with 2 sides makes a filling and (relatively) affordable meal.

The lines are way too long. They need to do a better job at efficiency during high times. Avoid from 11am-2pm if you don't want to brand in 30 min line.

Now they gave away my phone order before I arrived, offered no compensation.- They don't have enough people working the register so the lines are insanely long. Not the place for a quick bite to eat.
