I love this spot. Plenty of seating to enjoy breakfast and read. Breakfast croissants are awesome and ready fast. They’ll call your order from the back of the room and ask if it’s for here or to go.
Frothiest freshest OJ & grapefruit juice in Silverlake. Also, this is one of the few places I'll still consume dairy, in the form of their guava cheese pastry and the excellent cafe con leche. DO IT!

Strongest espresso on east side (it's Cuban!) and if you get one of their frequent buyer punch cards every 6th coffee is free. Great deal.

The Empanadas here are the perfect breakfast and he espresso bar here is fantastic. I <3 Cortados!

Love C.December 17, 2012Don't get the Napoleon - cream was so hard and the layers weren't even flaky. Don't get the tiramisu... It was disgusting - tasted stale and store-bought. Took 2 bites and threw it out.
