Ask for Vegan, he help us organize one of the most memorable s Bat Mitzva's for one of our daughters..worth every penny and not as expensive as one would thought of a fancy hotel
I was here before they renovated and looks great, very comfortable rooms. Staff and very friendly and accommodating. Sun facing rooms can get hot when AC is not on but overall a great property.
- The Embassy Suites next door is so much better!...Then have free breakfast and FREE ALCOHOL(beer, wine, cocktails)!...I love it there!
Michelle SJune 7, 2016Views and staff are nice. Hotel is clearly old and rooms are outdated. I got upgraded to a suite with 2 rooms and 2 bath. Bed was very comfortable.

19th Floor lounge just got a great menu upgrade! Food and drinks are great, along with the view.

Lacking basics like a microwave or a mini fridge in each room. Had to wait outside the restaurant to get stuff heated.
This place sucks. They nickel & dime you for everything. $1 per page to print anything. No free Internet and facilities are less than clean. Find a Hampton Inn!
If they break a pipe in your room, you might get upgraded to the presidential suite... I was!
Do not eat at Trofi's. All food that should be hot is cold.
