Great facility, staff, and location. There's no greater value in gyms than the Y. Highly recommended.

One of the cheaper options out there... Also, they have a pool! If you're a swimmer (or ex-swimmer) it's a great place to get your workout in and get out. Plentiful parking near the main gym as well

My Circuit/Park Fit with Jonn is boot camp by another name and will kick your butt. And it's awesome.

For a great aerobic workout, take Michele's step class on Saturday morning. It will kick your butt!
