Cakes look better than they taste, but the coffee and sunshine is a great break to discuss the works. Watch out for: "DONT TOUCH THE EXHIBITS " (the sculpture garden guard is serious about his work).

One of the greatest places in San Francisco to sit and read while having a nice beverage. Get your cafe on while it lasts, SFMoMA closes for a major remodel in mid-2013!

Please don't merge this venue with the main SFMOMA venue. The cafe is distinct, just like the museum store and rooftop terrace.

Some Blue Bottle coffee on the rooftop in the sun is one of the best afternoon date ideas in San Francisco. And a check in earns you a free temporary tattoo!

This isn't just any Blue Bottle. This one is part of SFMoma sculpture garden. No - I didn't have the Mondrian cake. But I took a photo of it!

An annual membership to SFMOMA is worth it just for the shorter lines at this Blue Bottle! Oh and try the Mondrian or the Thibault cake!

half the pleasure of having coffee here is sipping it out of the heftiest Heath stoneware. the rooftop and ginkgo trees don't hurt either

Best affogato I've ever tried. Aroma of the coffee welcomes you even before you step foot to e rooftop. great coffee.

Their iced coffee comes filled with cream and something sweet. If you want an iced coffee... Iced americano is ok.

Look around and check out window of the next building from patio, you'll see another wally beside Chandler building. The hit is looking chocolate bar through spider, good luck!
