The Rockin Cucumber is a fantastic martini and the Dragon Roll is wicked. Try the Sake sampler. The bartenders are awesome and the servers are also very knowledgable.

Everyone raves about the Koi Crispy Rice but I find there to be a tad too much 'mushy' tuna on top. King Crab & Rock Shrimp are excellent as far as my tastes go.
