Allegro makes it into our top 5 dining experiences. We spent the evening talking with Lorenzo while having a delicious meal. He shaved the black truffles right onto the risotto. What a special meal!

Delicious. The wait staff is extremely attentive to each table and the food is fantastic. Great atmosphere too :)

The bread was subpar- carpaccio was okay but the cioppino special was hearty, flavorful, and loaded with delicious, fresh seafood. The gnocchi was also great but way too creamy and heavy

Very good but kinda pricey. Also it's hard to get to from public transportation but the service and atmosphere is worth it though!

delightful neighborhood restaurant with great charm and food. Lorenzo, the owner makes you feel like you are in his home. I never order here, I just ask him what he is serving his guests. Read more

Lorenzo, il proprietario, e' un uragano. Ospitale, divertente e generoso. Ama incontrare gente, chiacchiera ai tavoli. I piatti sono italo-americani ma ottimi. La qualità del cibo per lui e' un must.
