A popular studio space for taking various classes such as improv, salsa, etc. Carlos Konig teaches salsa here and he is the best teacher in the city if you are a beginner.

Check out the bathroom by Butch's Cafe Oasis. They sell iPod chords at the desk, there's free WiFi in the studio (code at desk), & when you rent a rehearsal studio be sure to get your card punched.

Great spaces, and solid snack/sandwich bar. Plan ahead: lobby of bldg often has long lines.

Great rehearsal space. Nice, clean rooms. Can get quite warm, so, for your own sake, layer. :)

Not my favorite of rental studios in the area, only because it's sooo crowded and also neon pink and green.

Bring reading, headphones, food, drinks, etc. with you...you'll be here for hours if you're at a chorus call. They do have a cafe, but the options are limited.
