- William HerreraJune 13, 2017Beautiful in the heart of downtown. Pool is an oasis surrounded by exotic trees, has a retractable roof for year round use! Beds were not the most comfortable and rooms are tight. Parking is extra!!!
- Bobby ClaytonJanuary 21, 2018Thanks for the amazing hospitality during our stay. Magnificent is the only thing comes to mind. And Tamera should be the employee of the month. She work all over the place and very knowledgeable.
- I love staying here! The staff are all so fun, friendly, & amazing. They make me feel at home every time we stay here!
- Chris LingamfelterFebruary 8, 2012You can only put so much lipstick on a pig. The hotel is clean and fine but it is a labyrinth built in the 50's without any cool ratpack features and all the small architecture.
- DanielleNovember 15, 2019Hotel that is downtown and conveniently located 25m from the airport. Nice staff. They have a fishbowl for prizes when you check in!
- Treat gold and platinum spg members very well. Great amenities and cool lay out. On the outside perimeter of major downtown hotels, so neighborhood kind of shady.
- Jaylen BrownDecember 16, 2013Beautiful hotel, small room but it worked for my fiancé and myself. There isn't an elevator in the garage so if you're paying the $22 a night to park---take your bags in first.
- Ryan OAugust 27, 2013A awesome hotel. If you are a gold club member, you can access a super-duper secret club that gives out free food and drinks!
- Lynanne YndestadNovember 5, 2011Great room minus the sliding bathroom door with a big crack on the side. No privacy if you are rooming with a conference stranger. Fortunately I had a great roomie!
- Victoria DavilaMarch 18, 2014A nice hotel located in downtown area just minutes from other shopping areas and food. Downside there's no fridge or microwave in the rooms.
- Glen Coco OropezaApril 14, 2012Wow! Pictures do not do this hotel justice. Nice outside pool. Nice overlook from rooms. Cool decor. Very warm feeling. Thumbs up!
- Cynthia TurnerApril 17, 2014While it is in close proximity to some of ATL's major attractions, you have to pay $22 dollars ($29 for valet) for parking, an extra 20 something for WIFI, and another 18+ bucks for breakfast.
- Phil HoranJanuary 23, 2018Good hotel. Nice bar on 3rd floor. Friendly staff. Convenient for downtown access
- Terrill WhiteOctober 6, 2011Nice hotel. Kind of set far enough from the heart of downtown to feel more peaceful but close enough to enjoy the action. Felt safe walking to and from the Westin 2 blocks away at night.
- Derek DouglasOctober 16, 2011The renovated rooms are fantastic. Much better than the rooms at the Atlanta Westin. Great upgrades and service if you're Platinum.
- Pet friendly! Pets up to 40 pounds welcome if kept on a leash. Some breeds are not allowed, and there are some deposits required. Details at link. Read more
- Samantha RippeyMarch 17, 2013The pool area was beautiful and immaculate. Every employee was extremely nice. Fandangles food is pretty good. Wasn't impressed w/ the service OR food at Collage.
- My favorite hotel for Dragon*con, hands down. Great staff, great service.
- Chris CorpusSeptember 18, 2011Really nice hotel, really questionable location... Prepare to be bombarded by pushy panhandlers if you walk around outside.
- Great hotel for DragonCon. Away from the craziness but not too far.
- The customer service here is excellent. Every single person.
- Great hotel, and the beds feel like you're sleeping on clouds!
- They're changing ownership, official yesterday & the garage is only valet at $45 a day. We'll see how this weekend goes. *sigh*
- Bobby ClaytonJanuary 21, 2018This particular location is literally minutes away from the heartbeat of Atlanta.
- Decent hotel - great staff. If looking SPG, the W is the best in downtown.
- DimJune 23, 2021The worst Sheraton ever, dirty, smelly, rundown. The neighborhood is not good. No breakfast. Service is also quite bad. The only thing it is close to places like world of coca-cola.
- The pool courtyard is really nice. If you get a poolside room, get it on the 3rd floor not 4th, if you can.
- Chris HubbardNovember 5, 2010Clubroom on 5th fl is assume. Big screen tv's. Free wi-fi and food all day long.
- Wayne RichmondJuly 9, 2013Prepare to pay for this thing called wifi if you want to use that internet stuff in your room. Yep, like its the 90's again. They are charging for wifi!
- Mark ElrodAugust 29, 2015Used to be a nice hotel. They now require a deposit equal to your entire stay. A bit ridiculous. Will never stay here again.
- thatCRMguyJuly 18, 2010MARTA is the central underground rail, its only a couple of blocks from the Sheraton. Links to all "five points" incl Airport and Lenox Square/Buckhead
- Kai ShakariMay 15, 2018Good location BUT, the carpet smells and the place needs to be cleaner. I found hairs all in the bed yuck.
- Hi!DJune 2, 2011Watchout safehouse is located to the left of the main entrance, do not leave hotel past sunset, very dangerous city.
- Check-in is always horrible here. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes - no matter how many ppl are in line.
- DesireeNovember 5, 2011It's colder inside the ballrooms than it is outside. Bring a sweater... Brrrrrrr!
