Go early on Saturday between 5 - 7 pm and do the wine tasting. You get a staff selected a three glass flight of wine with cheese pairings. Only $14 per person. An excellent start to an evening.

try the cana de oveja (creamy spanish cheese w/ buttery notes) w/ either an albarino or viognier. i like the mascarpone, strawberries, and balsamic reduction w/ either a vouvray or french pinot noir. Read more

The peljesac (plavac) is amazing. A nice light fruity flavor. Also another current fave- la nevera (garnacha).

The guy who waiters there was a jerk. The Sangria was too sweet. And way over priced.
