The closest metro stop to Georgetown. Steps from GW university, multiple restaurants, and a Whole Foods. To get to Georgetown grab the Circulator bus on Washington Circle just north of the metro!

The free red shuttle to the Kennedy Center picks up & drops off right here @ Foggy Bottom- GW University station & Today it was waiting for me when I came off the escalator. I guess.

If you want to potentially die in a fire this is the station for you. One non work escalator for 1000's of people equals fire hazard.

Skip the train and walk five short blocks along Washington Circle and Penn Avenue to reach M Street in Georgetown.

Going to Pentagon City? When waiting for the Blue Line, wait under the Train Arrival Sign. It will get you closer to the escalators at the busy Pentagon City stop.

If you're going to National, wait on the track by the head of the train for Delta flights and end for US Airways flights. Saves time walking on the platform!
