Houston PressJuly 15, 2013Check out Burger Fridays and try hits like the Bone Marrow and Bacon Burger topped with bone marrow custard, smoked Gouda, pickled shallots, Thai chili and (of course) bacon.- V&A is open every night for dinner, Chef Carlos has the best crab cake I've ever had in my life, his quail appetizer is incredible, and they serve great burgers at lunch on Fridays (or always in bar).
