From 1845 - 1852 1.5m people died because of the potato famine in Ireland. This memorial remembers them and the Irish immigrants that came to America. It also feels like youre in the Irish countryside

Dedicated to raising awareness of the Great Irish Hunger that killed up to a million in Ireland between the years 1845 and 1852. The memorial was dedicated on July 16, 2002.
