- Zain JeewanjeeJanuary 19, 2013Great hotel for business trips, rain or snow you are right at the airport, walk to the terminal in less then 5 minutes. This place has a great bar and lounge and a restaurant with great foodUpvoted Mar 15
- Alan GluckJune 20, 2013Fantastic, friendly staff. Nice rooms. A bit pricey, but if you need to be at the airport, it is a good place to stay. Restaurant food was outstanding and service matched that standard
- Fastest checkin of any place I've ever stayed - huge plus given we were 2 hours late arriving at 1am and had a 6am flight out. Really nice, efficient staff.
- EM H'vanNovember 21, 2012Great place to stay before early flight. Very nice. Great beds, restaurants, wifi & awesome looking gym. Join Hilton Honors get free wifi & other perks. Bar/food prices in line w Hilton & Chi Town :)
- ChrisJanuary 1, 2022Convenient location by the airport but rooms look dated and awful dirty looking carpet everywhere. Had to reject room w very noisy aircon. In-room dining comes in takeout containers. Slept well tho!
- Matthew SobocanJune 4, 2017Very convenient and reasonably priced considering you are at an airport location. Easy to get around using the connected subway.
- James UnderbergDecember 2, 2015Convenient ! Predictable - they have closes the concierge lounge however - - not having to drive to airport in am makes this place great -
- Matthew SobocanNovember 12, 2016Convenient hotel with access to the airport and subway. Found the price to be reasonable and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant was slight disappointing.
- Steve AdamsApril 9, 2014The recliners are great. Room service runs about $50 and up. Very convenient for catching early morning flights.
- Leslie ThibsMay 8, 2015Need a quick workout? Tell them your a member of a Frequent Flyers club and get an $8 discount! Great way to get a workout in between flights!
- Christopher PressonMay 13, 2012Great place, mid range cost (approx $130 after tax for me). Burger, tall of import and desert plus tip was $44. king size is awesome.
- At and t Internet customers get free wifi by logging in to att wifi and using your at and t credentials. Gold and Diamond HHonors members also get free wifi as well.
- Don't sit around in your room all day! Take the elevator down to the lower lobby and catch the CTA Blue Line to downtown Chicago. If time isn't on your side, be sure to hit up the pool area! You pimp!
- Jessica JansenOctober 17, 2017Bring your own heater and blanket because they turned them off in these rooms and they are so cold! Be ready for a Luke warm shower to wake you up after your deep freeze.
- Jung KimNovember 19, 2017Burger at the lobby restaurant is crap! Room’s heater was fukin auto-alpha go mode. Switched on for a minutrle, goes off for 5 minute and this cycle repeated for more than 12 hours i laid on bed WTF!
- Doug WMay 30, 2016Great place to stay the night before an early international flight of the connection from home is too tight.
- Nikki BeauchampJune 25, 2013For those late night arrivals and early morning departures, a go to. Can't beat the roll out of bed and not worry about shuttle or taxi factor. HH perks a bonus.
- Joe Murphy LibrarianAugust 12, 2014Very easy to get to downtown Chicago from this airport Hilton - jump on the Blue line under the hotel towards Forest park
- Joe Murphy LibrarianAugust 12, 2014Very convenient from the airport - a short stroll from the terminal through connecting tunnels
- It’s a convenient walk from the terminals and there’s not much else to say
- Kelly GotkinJanuary 4, 2016Prices in the bar are ridiculous, but it's better than sitting in baggage claim
- Angela RobsonDecember 18, 2010Not sure why someone would call this place a dump? It's a nice Hilton! Super convenient and the standard Hilton comfy bed. Very nice!
- Noah AdamsDecember 13, 2016SO convenient for our 6am flight. Check on booking.com - we got 60% off our room
- meruAugust 27, 2014Nice Hotel at the airport. Comfy beds. Front desk is kinda slow. Free wifi only at the lobby, not in the rooms :(
- Try "aboutairportparking dot com" for good valet parking deals! Safe Travels! ~@travelblawg
- Best place to stay if you fly into Chicago. Great beds, great food, great hospitality.
- Paul RossmanNovember 9, 2014This Hilton has so much potential... But the rooms are a bit tired & the beds should be replaced (super uncomfortable). The sports bar is over priced, $10.50 for an AB brand!?
- DZalumniJune 16, 2013Newley remodeled hotel. Free Internet if your an Hilton honors member. Nice fitness center.
- Sherry FalzoneMay 10, 2011I recommend the massage therapists in the fitness center! Sachko is fantastic, have never gotten a bad massage here
- Adam Holden-BacheApril 28, 2011To get here from the airport, go to baggage claim and take escalator by the information desk. You'll go under the road and come up in the hotel check-in area.
- Aaron PelsterJune 7, 2017Flight cancelled, was charged 400$ for room with no wifi. It's robbery taking advantage of stranded travelers. Room was mediocre at best. Shower sounded like it was going to blow up. Rooms outdated.
- Valet parking is $ 45/day and allows you to go in and out. Expensive but it's more convenient.
- Change in their brekkie for Diamonds. No hot brekkie-you can have anything except for what’s on the hot table!?! #honorsfail
- Rachelle GardnerAugust 8, 2014Find abandoned airport carts on sidewalk. Fill with your luggage. Take to the Hilton. Reg price $4 each. If found abandoned $0 each.
- Jason KonenNovember 20, 2014Nice conference rooms but be sure to bring your own wireless hotspot, their wifi is terrible
- Patrick LeMasterFebruary 12, 2015Big place but the tunnel connecting you to the CTA & airport are invaluable.
- Charly SimmonsFebruary 2, 2012Hilton loyalty club members get free Wi-Fi and other perks! Nice rooms
- Sean WickershamJuly 30, 2012Get ready for a $15 charge if you use the gym and don't regularly stay at Hiltons.....
- To access from terminal 5 exit the Airport Transit System at Terminal 2
- Srisuda_uJune 1, 2011If you are airline staff, don't forget your ID, they got great deal of discount.
- Jason BlessingSeptember 30, 2010This place is a class A dump. Stay @ one of the many nicer and much cheaper hotels right outside O'hare. Oh, and watch for the sketchy people roaming around in the lobby and the tunnel to the terminal
