- Leigh Anne ZinsmeisterJune 16, 2015The best part - besides the view- is that you have to know it's there, so it feels super exclusive.

- Andrew FurmanOctober 29, 2015This plaza was remodeled in 2005. The reason it exists is that the zoning board said that 55 Water could be 5 stories taller if they dedicated an acre to public use.
- This little hidden gem has everything you want -- a view, some grass, things to jump off, and plenty of places to sit around, all amidst a forest of skyscrapers!

- A little oasis of calm in the Financial District. Well, with helicopters making things feel a little bit like Apocalypse Now, but otherwise...
- Roger SchonfeldSeptember 17, 2015Watch the helicopters land, while you have a cocktail after work. Lovely spot overlooking the water.
- Come in the late afternoon and have this oasis to yourself.
- Eddie HernandezJuly 17, 2014Beautiful public space but ruined by the constant helicopter noise and helicopter fumes.
- Fitzcarl ReidNovember 10, 2012I saw the Seven Year Itch, with Marilyn Monroe, here a few years ago. Awesome.
- If you can pass out on the turf with choppers buzzing you deserve a free hearing test!
- Please don't smoke here! I'm trying to eat my lunch and enjoy a beautiful day. Thanks.
