- Randy CyrusMarch 2, 2016The best sushi I ever ate.. Would love to come back and try all other sushi..
- Old school and delicious -excellence will be missed on your "roll only" crowd, but awesome for those who really know.
- Ms HeleneJune 3, 2015Rotating $11 lunch specials of 3 set rolls, miso soup & salad. Better than most lunch specials spots. Get a window seat.
- Lauren LachsJanuary 4, 2013best sushi joint in the neighborhood. the salmon salad is deliciously fresh (and enormous).
- Indio BravoJune 3, 2014oh the Godzilla roll... hahahha... great stuff... thanks Gippy for bringing me here... brilliant experience... glimpsed Paulina Porizkova's red door on Gramercy Park too... :)
- JessMay 16, 2018This place is amazing. Fresh sushi, large menu, and very kind staff. One of my favorites in NYC
- CBM November 27, 2017All things Seagreens!! Hijiki with sesame sauce and then also the seaweed salad!
- Jorge UrrutiaJune 3, 2015Get the rock shrimp and the spicy combination roll (yellowtail, tuna, salmon)
- Chris BruceMarch 11, 2015Solid not spectacular sushi joint. Spicy Choshi roll is a lot of bang for your buck
- For lunch you can't go wrong with the three roll combo w/ soup and salad. The spicy combo is best with salmon, tuna and shrimp tempura
- Lauren SKNovember 6, 2014Mmmmm love this place. So good to get miso soup at the sushi bar on a winter day.
- David SchorrJuly 10, 2010To add HALF an avocado to the house salad is $3!! HALF! Are you people insane? Choshi is 50/50. Freshness is not always guaranteed here. If you don't mind a slight wait Yama down the block is better.
- @ Lunch get the Spicy 3 Roll combo for $15 and then get a Sapporo for $6. You and your friends will not be disappointed
- Formerly good, now spotty in both preparation and service. Often sullen and stupid.
- Salmon Bento bowl...can't go wrong with that one if you up for something off the beaten sushi track.
- Katarina LiangAugust 11, 2013There is a waitress whose named is Leny. She is very funny and socialize.
- JPDecember 24, 2015Didn't have the sushi but had the chicken teriyaki and udon. We both got sick... Dont know if sushi has the same effect
- Melissa P.December 31, 2014Not good. Spicy tuna roll was more mayo than fish. Only upside was that Jimmy Fallon was dining at the table behind mine.
- Maria BabochkinaJuly 2, 2014Service was slow and not very friendly. When I just came in I smelled something, usually old houses smell like this, disgusting... Sushi was eeehhh, I wouldn't go back there again...
- Sofia ChristopoulosApril 15, 2013Not good. Walk across to Yama. You'll pay more, but leave ridiculously happy. Best sushi at Yama.
- Jared KalinerDecember 4, 2013Go to Yama a block away. You might have to wait a few minutes but you will leave much happier that you waited instead of eating at Choshi.
