The thin crust pies come out of a piping hot 800-degree coal fired oven and the results are impressive. Try the classic Margherita, or the Pesto, Moradella or Prosciutto creations. Read more

Caesar salad followed by Pepperoni and Whipped Ricotta as well as the Honey and Salami Pizzas were just what the doctor ordered! Came here based on 4sq and will come again to try the rest! Super fast!

'Nduja is one for the books!! Calabrian style pork sausage melts in your mouth! Small space but they dont cram you - very considerate and friendly staff. Will surely come back! #coalfire

Found this on Foursquare. Stopped in. It’s now one of my favorite pizza places. The whipped ricotta is kind of amazing and the Caesar dressing is homemade

This is the Leonardo DiCaprio of pizzas — it sweeps every awards list. And for good reason: Chefs whip ricotta with 'nduja (en-DOO-ya), a spicy salami that's soft enough to be spreadable. Read more

I have never met a waitress or anyone for that matter that makes you want to be their friend immediately until meeting Tonya. Great pizza, fun environment and wonderful pizza. ❤

Sausage and red onion pizza is great, classic flavors. Get a pizza and a salad for two people and save room for a cupcake. Otherwise two pizzas if no salad.

Get the salad that has the apples/blue cheese...I'm obsessed. And pizza comes out in like 7mins. I don't understand how!

Delicious New York style pizza (ie, proper thin crust). Everything is great, but the nduja is my favorite - spreadable spicy sausage on pizza!

As good as Great Lake without any of the pretension. Go for the Margherita, the tomato sauce has a nice spicy kick. Sausage is good but not a game changer. Incredible value.

Coalfire changed the way we think about thin crust. If you like it super crispy with a little bit of char, this is your new haunt. [Eater 38 Member]

The crust on the pizza is incredible, but the pizza itself did not live up to the hype. We tried a few types - make sure to steer clear of the ones with honey. They taste like a stale waffle.
