- Leo SumulongJanuary 23, 2015They've been doing amazing katsu for years. I've tried all the kinds on the menu and honest to god they're all great. Try the king salmon katsu. It's a little less traditional but damn it's delish.
- Berkshire pork comes with a huge piece of fat. Regular combo pork loin is better. I like to get the Oroshi special, comes with radish and ponzu for dipping. If you're a vegetarian, ask for tofu curry!
