Automated Postal Center beats long line, yes! Priority Mail: Remember to distinguish between Flat Rate and Rate by Weight, so use the appropriate box.
There's always at least one cranky old dude customer in the place, but IME the folks who work there are helpful.

Jeff PhelpsAugust 31, 2021Maintenance of the outside of the building is long overdue. The windows into the lobby from the outside are filthy and truly disgusting. Several tiles are missing and need to be replaced.
Long wait, use the automated processing center if you can. Media mail is ONLY available at the counter

If the post office was run by Starbucks employees there would never be lines out the door. Yeah I said it.
