- As a local Shanghaiist for more than 25 years, I appreciated the Shanghai style dumpling here. I can say it's one of the top three (Top 1 could be) Shanghai dumpling in the US. Very traditional taste.
- Megan MastersApril 28, 2015My Shanghai dumplings had barely any soup in them, which would have definitely made them better. Quite tasty overall tho & affordable!
- Jay MarNovember 27, 2018Pan fried dumplings are too bread-heavy, little raw; steamed dumplings are very tasty! Fried noodles are palatable, usually a bit busy on Sundays!
- Silpa SNovember 4, 2017Xiao long bao didn't have enough broth in it; meat was tasty. Clay pot with tofu and veggies were really good and fresh.
- Gigi SerapioOctober 14, 2012Come after 2pm to avoid long wait time. Must try: xia long bao, crispy shanghai noodles, and spicy garlic eggplant.
- ElizaBeth GomezDecember 1, 2013Who need China town dim sum when we have the dumpling shop in Millbrae. Don't forget to try the crab & pork dumplings! Delish!
- Alden CatesFebruary 1, 2019The sautéed string beans are delicious. The soup dumplings were a good value but not much soup inside and flavor fell flat.
- Mark SchonbachJuly 13, 2013The prices went way up in the past month ... Xiao long bao are now $9.95, used to be $6.95! Still worth the wait for a table though.
- Knitted TravestyJuly 23, 2016The red bean pancakes are fantastic! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
- Jason WongApril 20, 2012All the dumplings, pot stickers, and pan baos are delish with the vinegar sauce! Ask for more if you don't get enough!
- JonesMay 8, 2017Xiao long bao was ok. Clay pot #42 good, spicy wonton also good. Service good. In downtown millbrae
- JonesMarch 8, 2021Xlb are good, crab dumpling ok, sheng jian bao good, kids liked cucumber , corn soup good
- TJ CheshMay 21, 2013Dumplings are warmly reviewed. However, speaking on behalf of their entire other food items, they're HORRIFIC. You're welcome, from the past.
- Delicious shanghai dumplings! Careful not to burn your mouth when you're gorging on deliciousness :)
- Hard RockerAugust 24, 2014Great dumplings. Food was good. Place was quite busy for a Saturday night.
- SOctober 14, 2011Get the spicy wontons. This is the only place I've been to that serves them with peanut sauce.
- XLB XLB XLB! Get here when they open at 11am to beat the lunch rush.
- Meng J.November 17, 2013I wouldn't come back again if I had any choice. Ordered How Foo and it came up with pieces still frozen with Ice. Obviously it was defrosted. They took back to redo it but served again still with Ice
- Joanne RacelisJuly 7, 2013The xiao long bao was super yummy but stay away from the nasty potstickers!
- Megu KJanuary 7, 2017Xlb were meh; recommend going to the Richmond instead if you can. Soup and rice were too bland and needed extra salt.
- Matthew P.August 28, 2013The actual entrees are great. Is stay away from the dumplings. Some of the worst I've ever had..
- Jason SpaffordJanuary 3, 2014The service was so bad they might as well have pulled down their pants and taken a shit on our table.
