O-Toro serves top quality sushi, sashimi, and nigiri but it's not exactly inexpensive. It helps a lot that they take reservations though. Read all about it on WinstonWanders below! Read more

The sushi here is incredible. Melt in your mouth good sushi. Expect a short wait even if you reserve. It's a small place and they fly in the fish on the specials board from Japan.

Just get the sashimi and sushi. So fresh. Lots of fish shipped directly from Japan on the specials board so definitely get those. Compared to other sushi places, the prices are much more reasonable.

Oh my! All fresh and delicious sushi. Just try the Cherry blossom or Otoro special rolls. Same goes for any sushi or sashimi.

"Eliza's" served Chinese on Wedgewood, with art glass and paper cut out murals all about. Used to be a downmarket favorite for notables in Opera/Symphony seasons. I met artist Frank Stella here!

Nice atmosphere and accepts reservations. The O-toro sushi melts in your mouth, but the cut is a bit too thin. A pretty decent sushi place, but not good enough for me to want to come back.

Name-your-price omakase makes this place special. $50/person omakase gets you a good amount of food without breaking the bank.

Small dining room... there will probably be a wait for a table. But it is so worth it: best sushi I've had in SF!

Albacore Otoro. Make your own specialty roll! I recommend the Otoro roll with the mango on the inside and salmon on the outside.
