- Laurie AlfaroNovember 24, 2012If you're coming for a concert, bring a sweater or a parka. The concert hall is always uncomfortably cold.
- The teachers here, but the angry gal who works the information desk is not interested in helping you at all. It's possibly impacted a future decision to spend money at this place.
- The School was founded in its original location in Old Town in 1957.
- First Fridays is a fun way to see lots of different ensemble groups play, so you can pick one to join - fun!
- Make sure and grab a micro brew to have with your lesson or event downstairs, try the Hoegaarden :)
- Old Town reminds me how lucky I am to live in Chicago. Great shows, great venue, great classes.
