- Mary M MottaMay 24, 2015Korean BBQ is the best! try the marinated chicken and marinated beef rib. strawberry soju was yummy! 💕 pork dumplings too! the service is good and the place is large (often don't have to wait).
- Sakura PuffieMarch 3, 2013There is always a wait but it's around 15 min so not too bad. My all time favorite is still the seafood soondubu with Kalbi and kimchi pancakes! Good enough to share between two people!
- Nhung ThỏNovember 18, 2012Just a simple order with galbi and beef, kimchi oancake, rice bean and green tea. So far one of the best restaurant in korea town ny
- The BBQ is always very delicious. My favorite is the marinated black pork belly. So juicy and taste.
- Michael NataleOctober 13, 2015I love the staff here. There's a great selection of solid bibimbap choices for bringing a group of newbies. Enjoy some OB with it
- Jane ChuMay 7, 2012Get the Shilla Special galbi. Hands down, my favorite Korean BBQ restaurant in NYC... no where near as good as the KBBQ spots in LA though, but for the tri-state area, not bad
- Rowlf The DogJuly 21, 2014Fantastic place for groups. Lots of floors and plenty of room to elbow your neighbors out of the way to get that nicely cooked piece of galbi!!
- Carlos PachecoMay 4, 2012My first and only Korean BBQ experience. Being able to cook your own food was a great and unique experience! The sides are the best part!
- Cat JJanuary 25, 2014Pajun and soondooboo are fantastic. BBQ is decent. Service can be better, but as long as you're with your homies, all is well
- Always a default if every where else is food, decent bbq prices and yummy Korean dishes
- Sophie ChungOctober 21, 2013Seafood pancake, kimchi, and normal Galbi are particularly delicious here. Meh on duenjang jigae. Credentials: I'm Korean!
- TiffanyAugust 26, 2011great food! i had some rice and chicken bowl and it was great! use the hot sauce on the side. its not actually that hot.
- Great service and decor. Definitely less crowded compared to the the other ones nearby.
- FabioAugust 22, 2013Decent restaurant in K-town. Careful with some very spicy plates. I like the sweet Lprean BBQ
- HelenDecember 4, 2014The food is plain and not very tasty compared to the other spots in the area. It's pretty pricey as well. Service is very good though. Courteous staff.
- james starksAugust 9, 2010Its all about the Kalbi here! Not kidding, the Kalbi at Shilla just melts in your mouth and it is marinated perfect to have with rice and some tofu soup :)
- The Japanese-Korean lunch specials are delicious and really filling.
- Christina BuquidNovember 15, 2012A $6.99 soondobu student lunch special and jamming out to azn slow jams. Lunch well spent.
- decent Korean BBQ. skip the pork belly though and stick to the galbi. seafood pancake is tasty too!
- Beat the summer heat with noodles in chilled broth. For an added bonus, go at lunch and combine it with l.a. style korean bbq ribs.
- Jessica HendrawidjajaDecember 23, 2012Food are good but too pricy and service was quite rude; I understand that they want us to leave as soon as we're done. But chill please! They also require us to pay 16% for tip!! Ridiculous.
- Devin HughesJuly 2, 2011The pork belly is like bacon x 1000. Paired with the oil they give you, hard to beat.
- William SJuly 4, 2012We ordered beef cold noodles n it came out with nothing but clean soup w/ noodles in it. Asked the waitress y there is no beef taste n no meat in the soup as the picture
- Jonathan DahlNovember 8, 2014What's good here? Definitely not the service. Our waitress actuality made the experience of dining here uncomfortable. She also did not have any idea what an allergy was.
- Frank KimAugust 25, 2010The yook gae jang is only so-so, but the mae un tang there is killer, I get it every time now I go there.
- Megan AJanuary 29, 2010A bit pricier than neighboring restaurants, but try the kimchi. Perfectly spicy!
