Newly renovated with a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine for drinks and a small spread of complementary snacks and soup. Fresh made to order Guacamole every afternoon. This is not the International Lounge.

Front desk and bar people both were awesome. Even when there's not that much food, there's a good sushi selection and WiFi is working very good.

The First class Lounge, a small area separate from the rest of the Admirals Club, features an open bar with premium alcohol and hot food. OneWorld Emerald status or Int'l or Transcon F required.

I believe this is the top 3 worst lounge I ve ever visited ... I'm lucky to travel J Class later otherwise, I will die with hunger and thirst! Shower room is HUGE and Clean.

British offers pre dinner board. Smart for late night so u can eat before and then sleep fully. American what happened to your big campaign and promise for superior service?

Found the staff very friendly. Alicia at the bar is awesome and mothers everyone at the bar to ensure they are looked after. Been here since 1993 apparently

Not a high priority Aadvantage Member, but the $50 all day pass for visitors is well worth it. Comfortable Chairs for all.

Try the cous cous. Actually, though. It's nice and starchy. Or, if you're not into that, don't. More for me. IDGAF.

If u flew the redeye or had a long flight n some time to kill, the showers r a great way to get refreshed - and the shower rooms r bigger than some/most NYC hotel bathrooms!

It really is disappointing. You get 2 drinks vouchers , some minimal choice of free food in form of cereals and then everything is charged. So out of date and reason I normally go BA

An average representation of a lounge by an American airline. Lufthansa and Turkish airlines are clearly the leaders in Europe. America's lounges would rank below nearly every European lounge.

Thet could have some decent food! Pn the other hand they have wifi and a nice seating area

Soda is free. You can have as many as you want. Just go to the bar and ask for it!

I cannot stress strongly enough how much I love the "quiet room" here and how much I do not want you to come in here to make your stupid calls on your stupid cell phone.

Admirals Club lounges pale in comparison to European lounges... Would pay more to get that level of comfort and features

Basically a quieter and extremely mediocre, private cafe in the airport- with lots of power outlets. No cheaper than the terminal area.

Not worth calling a "flagship" lounge. The lounge itself is ok but they serve a limited selection of snacks and beverages (becides the drink coupon they give you), if you want food you have to pay.

Disappointing for a flagship lounge. 2 drink vouchers and minimal food selection. You're better off choosing BA for their pre-dinner (then you can hop on plane and sleep!)

The epitome of neoliberal nonplace - bland "luxury" American-style, barely preferable to wandering the concourse.

If you are exec plat traveling internationally, show your status card, not admiral's club card or they may not notice you should go in flagship
