Newly renovated with a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine for drinks and a small spread of complementary snacks and soup. Fresh made to order Guacamole every afternoon. This is not the International Lounge.

DeN dEnFebruary 15, 2014I believe this is the top 3 worst lounge I ve ever visited ... I'm lucky to travel J Class later otherwise, I will die with hunger and thirst! Shower room is HUGE and Clean.

I cannot stress strongly enough how much I love the "quiet room" here and how much I do not want you to come in here to make your stupid calls on your stupid cell phone.
There is no alcohol served on Sundays before noon - same blue laws apply here.

Disappointing for a flagship lounge. 2 drink vouchers and minimal food selection. You're better off choosing BA for their pre-dinner (then you can hop on plane and sleep!)
Be here after 5:00pm! Several hot and fancy entrées incl. chicken, salmon and mixed seafood will be served. Selection varies.- I warmly recommend the shower rooms. Perfect before a long flight.

The epitome of neoliberal nonplace - bland "luxury" American-style, barely preferable to wandering the concourse.
If you are exec plat traveling internationally, show your status card, not admiral's club card or they may not notice you should go in flagship
